31일은 special holiday

 

1일은 regular holiday 라고 하는데 맞나요?

 

special holiday은 일 안하면 30% 일하면 130%

 

regular holiday은 일 안하면 100% 일 안하면 200% 맞나요?

Let say the employee hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee rest day pay:

Rest Day Pay = (Hourly rate X 130% X 8 hours)
Php 592.80 = (Php 57.00 X 1.30% X 8 hours)

Working on Special Holiday

Let say the employee hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Special Holiday pay:

Special Holiday Pay = (Hourly rate X 130% X 8 hours)
Php 592.80 = (Php 57.00 X 1.30% X 8 hours)

Working on Special Holiday and at the same time Rest day

Let say the employee hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Special Holiday rest day pay:

Special Holiday rest day Pay = (Hourly rate X 150% X 8 hours)
Php 684.00 = (Php 57.00 X 1.50% X 8 hours)

Working on Legal/Regular Holiday

Let say the employee hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Legal/Regular Holiday pay:

Legal/Regularly Holiday Pay = (Hourly rate X 200% X 8 hours)
Php 912.00 = (Php 57.00 X 2.00% X 8 hours)

Working on Legal/Regular Holiday and at the same time Rest day

Let say the employee hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Legal/Regular Holiday and Rest day pay:

Legal/Regularly Holiday Rest day pay = (Hourly rate X 260% X 8 hours)
Php 1,185.60 = (Php 57.00 X 2.60% X 8 hours)

Working on a Double Holiday

Let say the employee hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Double Holiday pay:

Double Holiday Pay = (Hourly rate X 300% X 8 hours)
Php 1368.00 = (Php 57.00 X 3.00 % X 8 hours)

Working on a Double Holiday and at the same time Rest day

Let say the employee hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Double Holiday Rest day pay:

요번 휴일은 NON WORKING HOLIDAY로 필 정부서 발표한거로 알고 있어요. 작년까진 아니었는데 올해는 그렇다 하더라구요. 그럴경우 일을 않할 경우 급여가 없고 일을 할 경우 30%를 더 주는거로 알고 있는데 아닌가요?

이 질문 결론은

10/31일은 스페셜 홀리데이라 직원들이 일하면 130% 지급, 일 안하면 미지급.

11/1일은 레귤러 홀리데이라 일을 안해도 기본급 지급.

이게 맞는거죠?
